Champagne Grand Cru & Bouzy Rouge Pierre Paillard: grower champagne at Bouzy since 1768, France
A family, a Grand Cru vineyard, a philosophy.
Located in Bouzy, in the historical heart of Champagne, we work on 11 hectares (28 acres) of vineyards listed as Grand Cru.
Respect of the soil, control of the yields, vinification per plot and long ageing are the important characteristics of our wines and the motivations behind our daily work.
Champagne Pierre Paillard - Bouzy - Grand Cru
Bouzy is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, a renowned Grand Cru for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Paillard family settled here in the early 18th century. Eight generations later, they have become an independent Family House, ambitious in its vine-growing expectations and in its mastery of blending.
Association of a unique style with a Grand Cru terroir.
All our champagnes are produced from our grapes grown on one of the most prestigious Grand Cru terroirs in Champagne: Bouzy. Our vineyards make up 11 hectares (28 acres), composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40 % Chardonnay.
Our ambition is to produce champagnes displaying finesse, complexity and elegance
while working on the principle that a great wine is first born... on the vine.
