Cancellation policy

Maison Pierre Paillard experiences welcome a limited number of guests and require careful preparation. The following conditions apply to our experiences.

At the Chef’s Table

Immersion and gastronomic lunch

At least 15 days before the experience date (D-15 inclusive): free rescheduling, subject to availability, or a full refund may be offered.
Less than 15 days before the experience date: 100% of the experience fee is due.
In the event of a no-show: no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

At the Tasting Table

Guided tour and tasting

At least 7 days before the experience date (D-7 inclusive): free rescheduling, subject to availability, or a full refund may be offered.
Less than 7 days before the experience date: 100% of the experience fee is due.
In the event of a no-show: the full experience fee remains due.

Bespoke experiences

Our bespoke experiences are tailored to your preferences, including content, duration, pairings, private bookings and logistics.

A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is confirmed.
At least 15 days before the experience date (D-15 inclusive): free rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability.
Less than 15 days before the experience date: 100% of the total experience fee is due. The deposit is retained by the Maison and counts towards this total.
In the event of a no-show: no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

Vineyard escape

The vineyard escape in a Méhari is subject to weather conditions and safety requirements. If conditions do not allow this part of the visit to take place safely, the Maison may remove it from the itinerary. It will then be replaced by a longer, enhanced tasting, offering a deeper exploration of our cuvées and terroirs.

External guides

Our experiences are designed and led exclusively by the Maison’s team. The Maison reserves the right to refuse the presence of external guides. This information is also provided in the booking confirmation email.

Cancelling or changing your booking

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing by email. You may reply to your booking confirmation email.

In cases of force majeure, the Maison may cancel or reschedule an experience. Rescheduling or a full refund will then be offered.
