Our chef masterfully enhances the great terroirs of Pinot Noir and Meunier from the Montagne de Reims through a meticulously crafted four-course menu, prepared with sincerity, seasonal ingredients, and exceptional quality.

Your journey continues 16 meters underground, into the depths of our historic 19th-century Crayères.
A secluded, hand-carved sanctuary shaped by our ancestors over 150 years ago, where our most precious wines from Bouzy, Ambonnay, and Verzenay slowly evolve to perfection.
